Nikol Pashinyan Arrives in Russia
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is in the Russian Federation on a working visit, as announced by the spokesperson for the Prime Minister of Armenia, Mane Gevorgyan, in a Facebook post. It is noteworthy that Prime Minister Pashinyan has traveled to Russia for this working visit.
Today, a meeting will take place in Moscow between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Russian President Vladimir Putin. The parties will discuss the implementation of the trilateral statements made on November 9, 2020, and January 11, 2021, as well as issues related to strengthening stability in the region, further steps for the restoration of economic ties, and current developments.
Nikol Pashinyan and Vladimir Putin will also review the agenda of Armenian-Russian allied relations, along with matters pertaining to further cooperation within integration unions.
Additionally, it is important to note that the press secretary of the Russian President, Dmitry Peskov, indicated that the format of the negotiations between the two leaders involves a conversation and a working lunch.
