As a result, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, the Minister of Defense, the Chief of the General Staff, and decorated generals were branded as 'guilty'...

After the war, there is again a 'parade of culprits,' but this time with the participation of those appointed by the current officials, including a minister and the Chief of the General Staff, as well as generals honored with the title of hero and others...

It is inevitable that, just as in the past, there have been, are, and will be failures in the state-building sector, and that is both predictable and understandable... However, it is irregular and incomprehensible that those responsible for documented failures are 'identified' and summoned to account not through legally established procedures, but solely by the desire and dictates of one individual...

It is clear that in a country governed by the 'will and dictates' of one person, it is not only impossible to achieve success, but it is also challenging to foresee any positive prospects that fit within the realm of sound logic...
