Strong Earthquake in Japan

On the evening of October 7, a powerful earthquake struck Japan. The intensity of the subterranean tremors was measured at 6.1 magnitude. In the capital city of Tokyo, operations of high-speed trains have been halted.

There is no tsunami threat, but the possibility of aftershocks cannot be ruled out. Currently, it is known that the epicenter was located on the border of Tokyo and Chiba prefectures.
