I Had Serious Proposals on the First Days of the War: Robert Kocharyan

I had serious proposals on the first days of the war regarding what needed to be done to make a breakthrough in the conflict. This was stated today, on October 4, by the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, during a press conference.

“On the third or fourth day, I met with the members of the ARF Bureau and told them that if things continued like this, we would lose everything; this is not how one conducts a war. I had the same conversation with Bako Sahakyan and Arkadi Ghukasyan. My proposal was to gather together and make a breakthrough in the war. They did everything to ignore it. How do I explain this?” he said.
