Putin made the remark while discussing the operations of the Russian-Turkish center for monitoring the ceasefire between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

“The Russian-Turkish center for monitoring the ceasefire is actively operating along the border between Armenia and Azerbaijan,” said Putin.

It should be noted that the joint Russian-Turkish center for monitoring the ceasefire and controlling all military operations is located in the occupied region of Aghdam, close to the Artsakh-Azerbaijan contact line.
