It has become known to ArmLur.am that the National Security Service is currently searching the apartment of former Minister of Defense David Tonoyan. According to the information we have received, law enforcement has been searching the home of David Tonoyan's sister, as well as other relatives, for several days now.

Moreover, sources close to David Tonoyan have informed ArmLur.am that law enforcement is looking for a specific document in the former minister's home, though the exact nature of this document will be disclosed later.

It should be noted that the searches are taking place in connection with the case of Patron Davo, as David Galstyan, known as Patron Davo, is a close friend of former minister David Tonoyan. It is important to recall that David Galstyan has been in custody since February 2 and was released on May 17. He has been charged with supplying the Ministry of Defense with a different caliber artillery shell of Czech production from 1977 instead of the appropriate caliber shells for artillery manufactured between 1983-86, which significantly lacked tactical characteristics.
