A Petition is Being Organized to Demand the Invalidity of the Health Minister's Order: Ara Zohrebyan

The "Azat Kamq" initiative is organizing a petition related to the attached public letter. The founder of the initiative, Ara Zohrebyan, announced on his Facebook page that the petition will start today and will conclude on October 7, 2021.

“Those compatriots who are willing to assist in organizing the petition are asked to contact us (010 440333, [email protected]). To join the public letter, you can print the attached text, sign it, fill in the required information, and submit it to us through one of the following three methods: (1) via Facebook, (2) to [email protected], or (3) in person at 17 Arshakunyats, Yerevan (010 440333). If you are signing as a group, please sign and fill out the attached second document titled "WE JOIN THE COLLECTIVE PUBLIC LETTER".

We are also attaching the action plan of the "Azat Kamq" initiative:

1. Collecting signatures for the public letter - Petition from September 28, 2021, to October 7, 2021.

2. Formation of legal groups in Armenia - Groups are being formed and supplemented. Details will be published on October 1, 2021.

3. Submission of the lawsuit to the Administrative Court - Challenging the Health Ministry's order No. 65-N dated August 20, 2021. The lawsuit will be submitted to court on October 1, 2021.

4. Gathering of facts and other information - A fact-finding group is conducting inquiries and collecting data.

5. Public awareness - Information will be continuously provided to the public.

6. Presentation of the public letter to the Prime Minister through a rally - The rally is tentatively scheduled for October 7, 2021.

We remind that the "Azat Kamq" initiative is against the imposition of mandatory vaccinations.
