Iranian Official Compares Aliyev to a Child: Details

The Deputy Commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), Brigadier General Mohammad-Reza Fadavi, has responded to the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, with a philosophical remark.
