Arshak Karapetyan Sits Next to Crying Woman at Yerablur and Takes Her Letter
“We will do everything to make this environment a pantheon, not to resemble a cemetery.” This statement was made today, September 27, during a conversation with reporters at the Yerablur military pantheon by Defense Minister Arshak Karapetyan. “We need to come here, spend time with them, and not count them as deceased,” he added. This was reported by NEWS.am.
The minister declined to answer any other questions and left. A woman in tears approached Arshak Karapetyan on the steps, and he sat down next to her and took the letter from her hand. “I haven't had water or electricity for a year; please resolve my issues,” the woman said.
