Aliyev Urges Armenia to Choose Between Cooperation and Territorial Demands

Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev stated at the 76th session of the UN General Assembly that the conflict is over, and Azerbaijan has expressed its willingness to start negotiations with Armenia on a peace treaty based on the delimitation and recognition of the territorial integrity of the two countries.

“The peace agreement could transform our region into one of peace and cooperation. However, we still do not see a positive response from Armenia to our proposal,” Aliyev said in his speech.

He urged Armenia to choose between cooperation and territorial demands.
