Aliyev Could Not Live Without Mentioning Sargsyan and Kocharyan Again, Says Ashotyan

The Vice President of the Republican Party of Armenia and former Chairman of the National Assembly's Permanent Commission on Foreign Relations, Armen Ashotyan, has commented on Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev's speech in New York on his Facebook page.

In particular, he noted: "Just moments ago, Ilham Aliyev delivered a speech at the ongoing UN General Assembly in New York. He skillfully leveraged the fact that Azerbaijan is the presiding country of the Non-Aligned Movement (over 100 countries), also announcing that his presidential mandate in the organization has been extended for another year, until the end of 2023.

He packaged the issue of international investments in the occupied territories of Artsakh under the guise of alternative energy projects such as solar and wind energy. He declared that he is proud that Armenia was defeated on the battlefield.

He accused Armenia of war crimes, genocide, and ethnic cleansing. He again "could not live" without mentioning Sargsyan and Kocharyan. The entire segment about the 44-day war was a joke, a glaring falsehood turned upside down.

He urged other countries not to use “old geographical names,” stating that the concept of “Nagorno-Karabakh” no longer exists. We were also accused of cultural, urban, water, ecological, and other barbarities.

He once again hung on Garegin Nzhdeh's testicles, blaming Serzh Sargsyan for unveiling his statue in downtown Yerevan in 2016. He spoke again about the “Zangezur Corridor” and the maps of mines.

With these new “positive signals,” good night to you all. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention that the traitor will be giving a speech Friday evening in our time. A vigorous and humble performance is expected.

P.S. I forgot to mention that Aliyev also threw a stone towards Iran, declaring Nizami as a representative of Azerbaijani culture. He also sent a message to Russia and Iran, stating, “Azerbaijan is changing the situation in the South Caucasus and EVERYONE should take this into account.”
