Erdogan and Garibashvili Discuss Armenian-Azerbaijani Relations
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili discussed the current situation in the South Caucasus, including Armenian-Azerbaijani relations, during a meeting in New York on Tuesday evening. This was reported today by the press service of the Georgian government.
According to the official statement from Tbilisi, the leaders of the two countries talked about the return of 15 Armenian prisoners of war by Azerbaijan, facilitated by the Georgian government's mediation, in exchange for minefield maps.
