Arshak Karapetyan Issues Directive on Mobile Communication Usage

On September 22, under the leadership of Minister of Defense Arshak Karapetyan, a meeting-conference dedicated to winter preparedness in the armed forces was held. The conference, attended by the leadership of the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff of the Armed Forces, included reports on the discussed topics from commanders of army units via video conference.

The Minister of Defense instructed to be consistent in addressing the ongoing work and to take all necessary measures to organize proper service during the winter. Arshak Karapetyan also emphasized the need to pay special attention to the compliance with the requirements of the order regarding the use of mobile communication in the armed forces.
