Video: Young Man with Mental Disturbances Opens Fire on Bystanders, Two Armenian Women Killed

In the Dutch city of Almelo, a 28-year-old man has shot and killed two women aged 50 and 72. According to NL Times, the incident occurred on September 17 when the young man opened fire on passersby from a balcony of a residential building.

It later emerged that he has mental and other health issues. The police reported that he had been detained earlier this month but was released shortly afterward.

The Armenian Cultural Association of Almelo stated that the victims were Armenian women, named Zhdun Karapetyan and Maral Ter Movsesyan, both members of the association. Additionally, a 33-year-old woman was injured in the shooting.
