Putin Used One of His Aides' Phones to Vote in Elections, Peskov Says

According to the latest data from the Russian Central Election Commission, 16.85% of the population participated in the State Duma elections as of 8:00 PM. This was reported by TACC.

Additionally, Russian media outlets have reported that Vladimir Putin used a phone belonging to one of his aides to cast his vote. This information was confirmed by presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

“The president indeed doesn’t have a gadget, but his aides do. One of the aides' phones was used for voting. Everything was completely normal,” he stated.
