COVID-19 Cases Recorded Today: Deaths Exceed Twenty

As of September 17, at 11:00 AM, there have been a total of 252,082 confirmed cases of coronavirus, of which 235,030 have recovered and 5,101 have resulted in death. Currently, there are 10,766 patients receiving treatment for the coronavirus.

In total, 1,639,000 tests have been conducted. Thus, yesterday 5,413 tests were performed, resulting in 759 new confirmed cases of the virus. We have 614 recoveries and 26 deaths recorded.

On the previous day, there were 2 recorded deaths in which the patient had contracted the virus, but the death was due to another illness. The total number of such cases is 1,185.
