Earthquake Recorded in Shirak Province

On September 16, 2023, at 14:19 local time (10:19 GMT), a 2.8 magnitude earthquake was registered in the border zone between Georgia and Armenia, 10 km northeast of the village of Bavra in Shirak Province, at a depth of 10 km, according to the Seismic Protection Territorial Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia.
