Driver Trapped Under Vehicle After KamAZ Goes Off Road on Kapan-Goris Route

On September 16 at 01:42, the Syunik Regional Crisis Management Center received information regarding an accident on the M-2 highway, specifically at the 24th kilometer near the village of Nor Arajjadzor, indicating that there were injuries.

A unit from the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene. It was determined that a KamAZ truck (driver: G.K., born 1974) had veered off the roadway and overturned, leaving the driver trapped underneath the vehicle.

Rescuers disconnected the vehicle's power supply, extricated the driver from underneath, and brought him to an ambulance. The injured individual was hospitalized at Kapan Medical Center, where doctors assessed his condition as moderate.
