VIDEO: Shootings in Artsakh Target Russian Peacekeepers, Says Metakse Hakobyan

The deputy of the Artsakh Parliament from the "Justice" faction, Metakse Hakobyan, believes that the recent intensity of gunfire in Artsakh is directed against the presence of Russian peacekeepers. She made this statement in an interview with 24News.

It is worth recalling that on September 14, the Azerbaijani side fired into the air in the vicinity of the village of Taghavard in the Martuni region, to which the Armenian side also responded with gunfire.

The deputy emphasized that the aim is not only to discredit the Russian peacekeepers but also to instill panic among the people of Artsakh. "Azerbaijan is doing everything to demonstrate that it is the master of Artsakh, and it will be as it wishes," Hakobyan said.
