Who is the Reserve Officer Killed Today in Kapan, Married with Three Children

Today, on September 14, in the direction of the Nerkhin Hand village of Kapan, Reserve Officer Mkrtych Hovakyan was killed due to enemy gunfire. He was born in 1978 and was married with three children, according to mediahub.

Mkrtych participated in the 44-day war with his son and was severely wounded. After recovering, he continued to defend his homeland.

The officer was a member of the Armenian Taekwondo Federation and was one of the best coaches in the Vayk region.

Mkrtych Hovakyan lived in Yerevan, in the Erebuni administrative district. He was well known by the nickname "Strong."
