Mikael Arzumanyan Dismissed from the Position of Artsakh Defense Army Commander
On September 11, the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, signed a decree dismissing Lieutenant General Mikael Albert Arzumanyan from the position of Minister of Defense and Commander of the Defense Army of the Republic of Artsakh, in accordance with his request.
Mikael Arzumanyan was appointed as the commander of the Defense Army on October 27, 2020.
