Levon Aronian Finishes 7th in St. Louis
Armenian chess player Levon Aronian secured the 7th place in the major Fischer Chess tournament held in St. Louis, USA.
Our grandmaster triumphed over Azerbaijani Shakhriyar Mamedyarov in the 7-9 rounds that took place last night, followed by a draw against American young chess player Sam Shankland, and concluded with a loss to the tournament leader Leinier Perez Dominguez.
