Yerevan Covered in Dust: Pollution Levels Exceed Permissible Limits

This week, the dust concentration in Yerevan has surpassed permissible limits. This was reported by the Ministry of Environment, based on the situation presented by administrative centers.

Specifically, the dust concentration exceeded the allowable limit in the Kentron administrative district throughout the week, in Shengavit on September 7 and 8, and in Arabkir on September 6.

The nitrogen dioxide levels exceeded the permissible limit in the Kentron administrative district throughout the week and in Nor Nork from September 4 to 8.

However, the sulfur dioxide levels did not exceed the relevant permissible limits.
