Artists Preparing for Colorful Show Must Understand They Stand on Our Heroes' Blood: Nazaryan
Gegam Nazaryan, a member of the National Assembly from the "Armenia" faction, made a post on his Facebook page stating, "The ruling team is preparing to celebrate the enemy's victory... On September 21, Armenia's Independence Day, the colorful celebrations in Republic Square will not honor our hero boys, but rather celebrate the enemy's triumph. The fallen boys are not being honored by this celebration; rather, their memory is being disrespected.
Today, the public must stand alongside the families of the fallen boys, who are demanding the ruling team cancel the colorful show. All singers, musicians, and artists who are preparing to perform at the colorful show must understand what type of celebration they are participating in. They must realize that their participation in this concert stands on the blood of our heroic boys. All this will pass, a new reality will come, but the names of those who sang, played, or danced during this disgraceful celebration will be remembered.
Those planning to attend the colorful show as spectators must understand that they are simply participating in the celebration of the enemy's victory. Our boys dedicated their earthly lives to the homeland, and all those who claim they sing and dance to avoid losing their jobs or because they are only attending the concert for bonuses should remember this. The boys gave their lives for the homeland, and at the very least, we should be ready to forgo our jobs or bonuses for them."
