Azerbaijani Side Opens Fire on Armenian Settlements, Particularly Shosh and Mkhitarashen Communities - Artsakh Ombudsman

During a press conference, the Artsakh Ombudsman emphasized that Azerbaijan is intensively targeting peaceful settlements. "Especially from the direction of Shushi, the ceasefire is being violated on a daily basis, and the Azerbaijani side is opening fire towards Armenian settlements, particularly towards the communities of Shosh and Mkhitarashen," Gegham Stepanyan stated, highlighting the need for mechanisms to record who is responsible for the violations of the ceasefire and under what circumstances they occur.
