Putin and Shoigu are Vacationing in Siberia
Russian President Vladimir Putin has stopped for a few days in Siberia for vacation purposes. This was announced by Dmitry Peskov in a conversation with journalists. Accompanying Putin on his vacation is Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu. It is noteworthy that this is the second time this year that Putin and Shoigu are spending their break together in Siberia.
“He is indeed there with Shoigu. I won’t specify the location. They are having a regular vacation - it’s a taiga, mountains, walks, clean air, and so on,” Peskov said.
The spokesperson promised to publish photos from the president's vacation once they become available. Putin is set to return to Moscow before the evening of September 8, as a busy workday is expected on September 9, according to Peskov.
