Video: A Typical Example of Provocations by Azerbaijani Soldiers Attempting to Incite Conflict

Facebook user Garnik Davtyan has published a video on social media, writing: "A typical example of the provocations Azerbaijani soldiers are engaging in to incite conflict between our soldiers and theirs. Let me clarify, the video is three days old. But I have other questions. Why does the Azerbaijani soldier approach our guys armed so closely? Why do many of the soldiers improperly wear military uniforms, lying on the ground showily, without armor, helmets, or even having weapons at hand? What guarantee is there that this same soldier, approaching so closely, won’t fire at our soldiers, and later Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Defense will say, ‘Oh, he has a mental disorder, it’s their fault’ or they won’t claim, ‘The Armenians fired first’? Why has minimal equipment not been set up on the borders occupied by Azerbaijan until today? P.S.
