«Our People Spend Hundreds of Millions on Lighting, Yet Nothing has been Decided on the New Route»: Alen Ghulyan

Expert Alen Ghulyan wrote on his Facebook page:  «According to the 6th point of the infamous statement of November 9, a project for the construction of a new route along the Lachin corridor should be established in the coming three years to ensure connectivity between Nagorno-Karabakh and Armenia, after which the Russian peacekeeping troops will be relocated to protect that route…».

As for the new route, nothing has been decided; there is no agreement, and the Azerbaijanis are making some tricks on their part, while our people are spending hundreds of millions on the lighting of the Lachin corridor…   Now, if tomorrow they take that corridor via Gybaluu-Khaypaluu, or from Vank to Jermuk, you will be spending just as much money again for the dismantling, relocation, and installation of those posts and wires, right...?
