Charchyan's Health Condition Extremely Concerning: Statement

The "Armenia" faction has posted on its Facebook page: A group of MPs from the "Armenia" faction visited the "Vardashen" penitentiary today, where the renowned doctor, MP Armen Charchyan, has been transferred. The transfer of the doctor from the hospital to the penitentiary occurred despite the fact that his health condition is extremely concerning and incompatible with detention.

The "Armenia" faction will do everything possible to at least secure a change in the measure of restraint for the prominent doctor. The MPs also met with the other two illegally detained colleagues of the "Armenia" faction, Mkhtiar Zakaryan and Arthur Sargsyan, in Vardashen prison, noting that with these disgraceful politically motivated criminal cases and detentions, the authorities will not achieve any of their intended goals or disrupt the activities and plans of the largest parliamentary opposition force.
