Video: Teacher Apologizes for Belly Dance Performance

A choreography teacher from one of the schools in Khabarovsk, Yulia Marchenko, has issued an apology for a belly dance performance that was staged on September 1. In her words of regret, the video was shared on the city's social media page.

“Portraying the bird of happiness in my signature piece, I had no intention to offend anyone,” she stated. She added that her intention was to delight the audience, not to hurt anyone's feelings.
