Moscow Calls on Yerevan and Baku to Exchange Prisoners Based on the Principle of 'All for All'
Russia is urging Armenia and Azerbaijan to resolve existing humanitarian issues as quickly as possible. This was stated today during a press briefing by Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
According to her, Moscow calls on Yerevan and Baku to exchange prisoners of war according to the 'all for all' principle, as well as to provide complete maps of mined areas. Additionally, the Russian side emphasizes the necessity of starting negotiations regarding the delimitation of the Armenia-Azerbaijan border as soon as possible.
Speaking about the recent meeting of the trilateral working group in Moscow with deputy prime ministers participating, Zakharova pointed out that the parties have succeeded in returning to practical discussions regarding the unblocking of economic and transport links in the South Caucasus.
