Cannot Deceive the People: Levon Ter-Petrosyan
Levon Ter-Petrosyan, the first President of Armenia, reminded on his Facebook page of the thoughts he expressed on July 17, 2010: "One cannot engage in self-deception and, especially, deceive the people. The people must know the price they have to pay for the political policies pursued by the authorities," wrote the first President of Armenia.
