US Must Use All Available Tools to Halt Azerbaijani Aggression, Says Pallone

“Last year, during and after the war in Artsakh, accusations against Armenia were a stark example of Aliyev’s unconvincing arguments. The United States should not blame both sides when condemning the violence and instability in the region. The State Department must use all available tools to halt Aliyev's aggression,” Pallone wrote.
