Maintaining Peace is Crucial: Mateusz Morawiecki to Pashinyan
The Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland, Mateusz Morawiecki, has sent a congratulatory message to Nikol Pashinyan on his reappointment as Prime Minister of Armenia.
In the message, he stated: "Dear Prime Minister, on the occasion of your re-election as the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, please accept my congratulations and best wishes for success in assuming this honorable position. In this challenging situation, where security in the region is at risk, maintaining peace is exceedingly important, as well as the possibility of continuing the democratic reforms initiated by your government.
It is essential in this process to emphasize the implementation of active measures aimed at expanding bilateral cooperation with the European Union, based on the Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement (CEPA) as well as the Eastern Partnership programs. These tools provide broad opportunities for establishing political and economic relations both with the European community as a whole and with individual EU member states, including Poland.
The Republic of Poland and the Republic of Armenia are united by centuries-old bonds of friendship and cooperation. I am confident that our relations will continue to develop and strengthen. I wish you much success and also look forward to our meeting at a convenient time."
