PSG Announces Transfer: 'Everything with Messi is 100% Settled'

"It is not true that negotiations are ongoing between Messi and some clubs; everything is 100% settled in favor of Paris Saint-Germain. Messi is expected to arrive in Paris within the next 72 hours," Khalifa bin Hamad Al Thani wrote on his Twitter account.
