Six Kapan Council Members Resign from Their Duties

Six out of fifteen members of the Kapan Community Council—Vilen Grigoryan, Shant Davtyan, Karen Martirosyan, Vache Asryan, Ivan Kostandyan, and Ara Mkrtchyan—have submitted notices to Community Leader Gevorg Paryan, informing him that they are resigning from their council duties as of August 10, according to aravot.am.
