Is Armenia Still the Guardian of Artsakh's Security, or Not? An Artsakh MP Speaks Out

An Artsakh MP from the "Justice" faction, Metakse Hakobyan, posted on her Facebook page: "For several days now, Araik Harutyunyan has been in Armenia with two ministers... The ministers do not belong to security structures... Anyway... Today he met with Nikol Pashinyan. Once again, no mention of the fate of Artsakh or security issues.

In a situation of chaos, uncertainty, and an existing internal and external political crisis, only social, construction issues and economic development programs are being discussed. I will not write at length; I have a few questions for a person clinging to the presidential seat of the capitulated Artsakh by all possible and impossible means: Araik Harutyunyan, why are you not discussing Artsakh's security issues with your capitulated colleague? Why are you no longer chanting 'Artsakh is Armenia and that's it' (is it no longer Armenia?), and finally, does Armenia continue to be the guarantor of Artsakh's security, or not?

And finally, are you aware that the ruling political force opposed the establishment of a permanent commission in the National Assembly on the issue of Artsakh, which indicates that the issue of Artsakh simply does not exist for the current authorities of Armenia? Your stance is yet another proof that you bear and share the responsibility for a great conspiracy, resulting in thousands of casualties and a lost homeland..."
