Video: Matteos, Calm Down, Silence in the Hall. Alen Simonian Called Out a Colleague

The session of the 8th convocation of the National Assembly continues. Representative of the ‘Armenia’ parliamentary faction, Aregnaz Manukyan announced that among the casualties of the 44-day war, there is not a single son of a current official, distant relative, or friend.

“There isn’t even one oligarch’s pampered child or an ‘overweight offspring’,” Manukyan stated. During his speech, members from the ‘Civil Contract’ faction interjected remarks.

“Mr. Simonian, please bring your teammates to order,” the parliament member said, addressing the Assembly President. Concluding his speech, Alen Simonian thanked the opposition member for his comments.

“Learn to listen to the truth,” Aregnaz Manukyan responded.

Matteos Asatryan from the Civil Contract party reacted from his seat. “Matteos, calm down, silence in the hall. I am issuing a warning to the member,” Alen Simonian stated to his teammate.
