Russian Military Presence Should Be Permanent: Arayik Harutyunyan
Yesterday, I was on a working visit to Martakert. Firstly, I acquainted myself with the construction works being carried out through state and charitable funding. Then we engaged in discussions with the local authorities and activists about large-scale socio-economic projects, security guarantees, and, in general, our future actions. This was stated by the President of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, on his Facebook page.
“In certain matters, my stance may have seemed tough, but it stemmed from our determination and resolve to live in Artsakh...” he wrote.
