Arshak Karapetyan, Flattering and Turning a Blind Eye Won't Last Long: Tigran Abrahamyan

During Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's visit to the Ministry of Defense, the newly appointed Minister of Defense stated, “Mr. Prime Minister, allow me on behalf of all of us—starting from the soldier and ending with the minister—to congratulate you on assuming the office of Prime Minister for the second time and on the mandate received from our people.”

This was stated by Tigran Abrahamyan, a member of Parliament from the “We Have Honor” faction, on his Facebook page.

“Arshak Karapetyan, who gave you the right to congratulate the reproduction of power on behalf of all soldiers and officers? Flattering and turning a blind eye won't last long, and let me tell you that by putting the army on these rails, you are leading the country completely elsewhere. Do you think that the elections are over, and you will comfortably sit on your chairs and enjoy life while also uttering flattering expressions to each other? It won’t work out.”
