Video: Bear Attacks Tourists in Russia, Fatalities Reported

A man's body has been discovered in the Ergaki Nature Reserve in the Krasnoyarsk region, the result of an attack by a bear on tourists. This was reported by the press service of the Investigative Committee for the Krasnoyarsk region and Khakassia.

During a search and rescue operation in the valley of the nine lakes of the Ergaki reserve, the lifeless body of a tourist was found with lacerations and puncture wounds. The deceased has been transferred to a regional center for forensic examination, TASS reports.

The bear, which was found near the tourist camp, was killed by rescuers, and biological material has been collected from its body. Forensic analysis will determine whether this bear was responsible for the death of the tourist.
