Whether or not to give Harutyunyan a new position does not lessen his responsibility for the situation in Gegharkunik and Syunik: Abrahamyan

The head of the "Hunak" analytical center, Tigran Abrahamyan, wrote on his Facebook page:

“Regardless of whether Varuzh Harutyunyan is given a new position or simply sent home, it in no way diminishes his responsibility for the unimpeded invasion of Azerbaijani troops in the Gegharkunik and Syunik regions. Seven months after the 2020 war, leaving approximately 100 km of the border unprotected and not implementing necessary security measures is a serious crime, for which no legal processes have been initiated against the responsible officials to date. The Prime Minister, the Minister of Defense, and the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces have not even clarified why our border was left unprotected and why no one among them has taken responsibility for this.”
