Visiting Detained Community Heads in Syunik Forbidden Even for MPs: Lawyer

There is an illegal campaign against the heads of communities in Syunik, aimed purely at satisfying narrow political interests. This was stated by lawyer Robert Hairapetyan on his Facebook page. He specifically noted:

"Visiting the detained community heads in Syunik is prohibited even for members of the National Assembly. Let me remind you that Arman Babajanyan visited Nairi Hunanyan. Let us record that there is an illegal campaign against the heads of communities in Syunik, aimed purely at satisfying narrow political interests. Nairi Hunanyan has been sentenced to life imprisonment for charges of murdering the Prime Minister, Speaker of the National Assembly, and MPs of Armenia."
