VIDEO: Human Rights Defender Visits Yeraskh - Situation Update
The Human Rights Defender of Armenia, Arman Tatoyan, led a group to conduct fact-finding work in the village of Yeraskh in the Ararat region of Armenia on July 20. Based on the findings, the Defender is currently summarizing an urgent report, which will be supported by evidence and provided in English.
Earlier, Arman Tatoyan stated: “The Human Rights Defender once again officially notes that the gunfire from Azerbaijani forces near Yeraskh is of criminal nature, posing a serious threat to the life and health of the civilian population, as well as other vital rights. These actions violate the tranquility and peaceful life of the civilian residents.”
