The Criminal Does Not Have a Snout or Tail, Illegal Activities Are Occurring: Mihran Poghosyan

Can you guess what our respectable members of the Constitutional Court, along with their equally respectable scientist members and the government, have decided, almost just stepping out of a barn?

This was noted by lawyer Mihran Poghosyan on Facebook: "The criminal does not have a snout or tail... This is Article 342.1 of the RA Criminal Code, which stipulates the act of intervening in the distribution of cases conducted through a computer program among judges for the purpose of changing the data related to the results of the distribution as a crime.

Let me remind you that the existence of a computer program for case distribution and the fact that intervention in it is considered a crime is a serious headache for the 'authorities', since they cannot freely deliver criminal cases and appeals for detention to their preferred, non-whimpering Danielyan Vache/Hrach/Armineh.

Can you guess what our respectable Constitutional Court member, the equally respectable scientist members, and the authorities have decided? Well, get ready: they have decided to remove the computer PROGRAM for case distribution among judges from the RA courts (at least from the appellate criminal and first instance courts) and thereafter follow the principle of no program, no intervention... No, but you really are so cowardly that you can't even tolerate 8-9 independent and impartial judges; how do you plan to bear your punishment...?"
