Pension Fund Commander Mikael Arzumanyan to Become First Deputy Chief of Staff?
Pension Fund commander, Lieutenant General Mikael Arzumanyan may resign. According to 168.am, it is highly likely that he will be appointed as the first deputy chief of the Armed Forces General Staff of Armenia.
This position was previously held by Major General Arshak Karapetyan, who was recently appointed as Deputy Minister of Defense of Armenia.
