NSS Employees at the Court of Appeals Regarding Syunik Community Leaders
According to information from 168.am, employees of the National Security Service (NSS) are currently at the Court of Appeals. They aim to seize the computer used by judges to assign criminal cases.
The NSS is confident that the goal is to organize the assignment of appeals concerning the community leaders of Syunik without the use of the computer. This would allow Tigran Sahakyan, who was recently appointed as the president of the Court of Appeals by the Supreme Judicial Council in place of Vazgen Rshtdun, to assign these appeals to preferred judges.
The NSS has not been able to be reached for comment, while the Supreme Judicial Council has refrained from commenting on the information, urging all inquiries to be directed to the NSS. However, according to 168.am, the NSS was also present at the Court of Appeals yesterday performing certain actions.
