Former Moldovan Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Gennadi Kosov and former presidential advisor Sergey Tofilat were involved in a brawl during a television show. Kosov lost consciousness and required medical assistance.

The political figures were invited to participate as experts on a program aired by Jurnal TV. During the live broadcast, they exchanged personal insults; the former deputy minister insulted his opponent by calling him immature and poured a glass of water over him, in response to which he was struck several times, resulting in Kosov losing consciousness.
