When Will the Court Announce Its Decision on Vazgen Manukyan's Bail Conditions?

The Yerevan City Court, presided over by Judge Vahe Misakyan, decided to postpone the judicial hearing regarding the case of former Armenian Prime Minister Vazgen Manukyan.

The defense team had requested the court to lift the preventive measure of signing a pledge not to leave concerning Manukyan. The court then retreated to the consultation room to make a decision.

The decision will be announced on September 22 at 14:00.

It is worth noting that Vazgen Manukyan has been charged under Article 301 of the Criminal Code of Armenia (public calls aimed at seizing power, violating territorial integrity, or violently overthrowing the constitutional order).
