One of Armenia's Ambassadors Has Been Recall

The official website of the Office of the President of Armenia has reported that, by decree of President Armen Sarkissian, the extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of Armenia to the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Bahrain, Mihr Mkrtumyan, has been recalled from his position.

"Taking into account the second point of the first part of Article 132 of the Constitution, Mihr Mkrtumyan is recalled from the post of Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Bahrain," the decree states.
